Im generous

I give every app 5 stars ?

Great when it works...

This is a great app when it works. The same bug has existed for years now and its very annoying. When I tap the icon to open the app I get, more often than not, a blank screen with the twirling Flickr dots as if its trying to load. It doesnt matter how long you wait, its not going to open. Im currently using an iPhone 7+ but had the same problem on my old Galaxy Notes from the original up to the Galaxy Note del fuego versions. Theres no telling if this is the time itll work which gets annoying when youre trying to show someone a picture you were talking about. Get with it Flickr. Youve had years to fix this thing. Stop embarrassing yourselves with this sub-sub par app.

Best photography site!

Absolutely gorgeous inspirations and talents.

Why does it take so long to upload videos?

This app takes hours to uploads 8 or 9 one minute videos from my vacation. I could see if I was trying upload movies but this makes zero sense!

Good App

I like Flickr for the 1 TB of free space they give. It has replaced iPhoto for me; I would rather have something portable that is free. As for the app, auto sync, organization, individual photo settings, and editing are great. Now that videos are auto-synced, this is the only app I need to keep my memories backed up to the cloud. Why pay Apple for more storage when Yahoo gives you similar functionality for free? I love that you can now select multiple groups to put a photo in.

Been a pro member for years

Flickr is the greatest image service out there. Ive been a pro member for years. Great!

Getting better!

The app is improving. Especially like the auto upload feature. Right direction

Responde

It should be easy to be able to respond directly to a person, when they comment on your work, or photography in this case!! Other than that, is awesome!!

Love it

Its a wonderful app to store all your pics from ever

Kenny B

Ive been on several of these picture saving and displaying sites! Flickr is very easy to operate and user friendly! Keep up the great work, thanks!

Wont Download my stuff

This app is great for downloading. But it wont allow me to download anything back onto my phone.

Flickr has been my app of choice for over 10 years.

I have followed its progress from a fledgling website to the wonderful sleek service it is today. Flickr never disappoints. I can back up my phone pics, share pictures with friends and family, and join in with community groups in sharing pictures of our favorite local sites. I can follow photographers I admire and get feedback from knowledgeable groups to improve my own personal performance. Flickr is a wonderful community and I am always glad to be a part of it.

Best social for photography

Flickr is one of the most important social for to share photography (professional and not). Recently I noticed the tool for edit images has some problem, but after seven years that Im using this social, Im sure that the developing team will find a solution soon. Five star are more than well deserved.

Awesome

Everything works flawlessly, easy to work with and has a clean picture ??

Great program

Very best

Doing it

Helpful for the visual-based minds.

Hopefully it get better

Cant even load in. Needs works

Doesnt load most of the times

About 80% of the times I open it, just see the blue and pink dots revolving. Have to kill the app multiple times and load again.

One thing to add...

I would give 5 stars but I would like to be able to comment back to specific people in response to them using the app. Currently I have to go to the main site to do this. Other than that I love the app.

Way too much local storage

If an app like this is going to take up over a gigabyte of local storage when the app itself is roughly a tenth of that, there absolutely MUST be an option in the app to clear the cache. I dont need all the images Ive viewed recently being cached to my device, and I dont want to delete and redownload the app all the time to remove that cache. Im getting closer and closer to deleting the app altogether. Other than that, the app works decently. Its not terrible, but it certainly isnt great either. Coupled with Flickrs policies and the kind of accounts that attracts, Im thinking it may be time to switch to a different site for sharing my photography. Side note: Flickr isnt for backing up your photos. Its for sharing your best shots. I use it as a photographer, but it seems like the majority of users now are just using it for the free terabyte of storage to back up their camera rolls. You can use Google Photos for that, or just back up to your computer… dont use Flickr. Your photos arent private and we dont want to see every photo youve ever taken with your phone.
