This is a great mobile companion to the desktop version. It is, however, missing some things. For example, you cant create or see your galleries. You cannot add to multiple groups at once. You need to do each one individually. You also cant change your copyright (from all rights reserved to some rights reserved, as an example). Simple to use otherwise.
Good to see this app getting some TLC in the form of regular updates after languishing so long. Id still like to see an emphasis on quality... it needs to load full retina quality images on the iPad immediately. But keep up the TLC, new Flickr team.
I like it very much
Great community. I love how easy it is to manage my albums and also to save my photos from Flickr to my camera roll for printing photos, creating album pages, etc. For me it is ?
Great back up for your photos. Has the option to make private and can auto upload!
Easy to use for my photography, and even easier to show my future clients my work. I love it!!
I use Flickr all the time and this app not only never uploads, but doesnt really do anything. Nothing loads!
Great app, great interface
Good way to archive but image compression still an issue occasionally
Love this app!!!
Love the app. Have a problem with notifications. I cant find a way to delete them after reading and every time I open the app I have to reopen and close the notifications.
I love this app!!! As a newer photography hobbyist, I love this forum. The talent on Flickr is amazing. Flickr makes me a better photographer! (Wishing one day the Group discussions will be accessible from the Mobile app.)
Pretty simple app, but well executed. One irksome point is that the app does not support 360 spherical photos at all, even though their website does. I sure hope they integrate viewing spherical images in the app sometime soon, including single lens and double lens VR viewing. In its current form, you have to find a photo in the app, copy a URL, and then paste that URL in to Safari to view a mediocre spherical view, panning around with your finger only. Not sure why the app is worth having if the website is more capable.
I know my pictures are safe and stored in full resolution. Love the group feature. Easy to find the pictures I am looking for.
The best place to store all your photos. Hoping that Verizon or who ever is buying Yahoo doesnt destroys Flickr. One of the best photo site/service still standing from the beginning of the internet. Pro version is the way to go.
Its fun posting your pix around the world and getting feedback. Ive learned a lot by joining various photo groups and faving some incredible pix!
I love the apps lay outs. It is more interesting to browse. Keep it up!
Love Flickr itself but the unbelievably slow upload speeds make this nearly unusable over the past two weeks. Will have to switch to another app if not fixed soon!
Ive been here for years. Met some great people and saw some great pictures. Its a great site.
