Non-Existent Help

The app itself is great but recently the upload feature stopped working. Doesnt matter if I use auto-uploaded, attempt to upload from the app or from the iPhone.
There is no way to contact the company. You can either look at the forum, read an article or post and idea. The typical new way of doing business in the modern economy; our product is great use it and if it doesnt work ... well, youre on your own.
Twitter handle for Flickr ignores messages and yahoo handle doesnt allow them.

Disappointing and unacceptably.

Also the feedback and support sections take you to ... ideas section that is unmonitored.
