Bug and Flickr is no help!

NOT GOOD FOR BACKING UP VIDEOS!!!!!!!

I uploaded many videos to save space on my phone. I really loved the feature where you can download your videos back onto your phone when needed. That was the reason why I decided to use Flickr.

Theres one huge problem. It was working great at first but one day it decided to not let me download most of my videos anymore. Many months later it still says, "We couldnt save this photo now. Please try again."

I know for a fact that its NOT my settings or my phone thats doing it. I checked everything a hundred times. The problem is with the site or my account on the site. Or the app but it appears the app is the only place that has the so called download feature.

Ive asked for help from Flickr staff in various places like App support and on Yahoo Answers. None of it was any help!

Im regretting using Flickr. I rate this one star and tell people not to use this site unless you fix it. Please do fix it! If you do, five stars. At this rate, I doubt Flickr will ever fix it.

I have all these videos trapped on your site I cannot post on any sites or emails because I CANNOT DOWNLOAD them. I cannot edit them. I deleted them off my phone to save space and I highly regret it! If I could give this App and website no stars or negative a thousand stars, I would. Until you fix the problem! I doubt the Flickr staff who reads this even cares.
